Industrialization

Argentina

The product is cleaned and processed in our own plant in Santa Isabel, Santa Fe. We participate in each stage of the processes, with exhaustive quality controls, certified with the demanding BRCGS (British Retail Consortium) standard.

Our plants are fitted with high technology equipment, investing efficiently to optimize the quality of the process.

We consolidate in our plant, which means containers are sealed and dispatched by us.

Industrialization

Brazil

The popcorn maize is conditioned, stabilized, and processed in our own Nova Mutum – Mato Grosso plant, recently inaugurated and equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

The silo plant features a thermometry system for temperature control, along with complementary cooling equipment to keep the grain at a low temperature.

We employ optical machines for color selection and high-performance classifiers in the separation of impurities, stones, ferrous and non-ferrous materials, and stainless steel, ensuring quality throughout the entire process.

We are the only company in the industry that produces, processes, and supplies the world from two sources: Argentina and Brazil.
